Below for your convenience is some forms you may download and print.  The AHACA petitons  and instructions as well as voters registration form.   If you do not have access to a printer you may mail to us a self address stamped business size envelope to AR CALM PO BOX 22541 Hot Springs, AR 71903 and we can mail you a petition to you.  You must be a registered Voter in the state of Arkansas to Sign.
